THE COMPOSITION
Defined by its circular form, LUMÍ creates a quiet dialogue between sculpture, light, space, and human presence.
As the surface catches and reflects changing light throughout the day, subtle shifts emerge — revealing depth, shadow, and movement within its stillness.

The dome — cast in gypsum — was specifically designed around the inner composition, containing and supporting what lies within.
Hidden inside is a composition of copper, crystal, and 24-karat gold leaf.
Purely energetic.
Present without being seen.
At the centre rests a copper disc of sacred geometry — a Flower of Life or Sri Yantra, chosen by the collector. Each pattern is understood as a blueprint of natural order.
Upon this disc, a crystal grid of clear quartz is formed by hand — each stone precisely placed where the geometry meets.
At the centre rests a Herkimer diamond, chosen for its exceptional clarity and ability to amplify.
Together, they form a concentrated energetic centre — precise, coherent, and the heart from which the composition unfolds.
From this heart, a clockwise copper spiral moves outward through the sculpture, carrying clear quartz and 24-karat gold leaf along its path and extending the energetic composition through the entire form.
The clockwise direction follows a spiral movement found throughout natural systems of growth and expansion.
Each element is chosen for the way its material, symbolic, and energetic qualities interact within the whole.

Revealed here during creation, the hidden composition appears reversed from its final orientation on the wall. Once complete, this inner world is fully enclosed within the sculptural form.

Its circular form changes subtly with the room —
responding to light, distance, and perspective.
For restful sleep, placement outside the bedroom or at some distance from the bed may be preferred, as its presence can feel more activating for some.
THE CREATION
Each LUMÍ is exclusively made to order and crafted by hand in the studio, where form, texture, and material are developed layer by layer through a process guided by precision and intuition.
Subtle variations emerge naturally, making every piece unique.
A steel hanging system, specially designed for LUMÍ and integrated into the sculpture, forms part of this process — allowing the piece to hover slightly in front of the wall and cast a soft shadow.
As each LUMÍ is created individually by hand, completion typically takes several months, following the natural rhythm of the studio.
