Each piece is carefully packaged with intention and care. Because the artworks vary in size, weight, and destination, shipping costs are calculated individually. These details will be shared with you by email once your order has been confirmed.
Shipping timelines depend on the creative process, your location, and the selected courier. Once your piece is ready for dispatch, you will receive confirmation and tracking details.
Returns & Reflection Period
All works are made-to-order — shaped by time, presence, and attunement.
After you receive a confirmation email with all details, a 7-day reflection period begins. Within this window, you are free to cancel your order without any obligation. Once this period has passed and the creation process has begun, your piece is uniquely initiated and can no longer be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

Damages & Responsibility
If your piece arrives damaged, please notify me within 3 days of receiving your parcel, including clear photos of the artwork and its packaging. I will review the situation and discuss possible solutions with you. Reports received after this 3-day window cannot be considered for compensation, as claims must be supported with timely documentation.
Once a piece has been safely delivered, its ongoing care and handling become the responsibility of the Client. While every artwork is crafted with lasting materials and great attention to detail, The Sacred Studio cannot be held responsible for damage occurring after delivery — whether through handling, hanging, environmental conditions, or other external factors.
